Tired and sore, sore and tired……Running is going really well, although I’m finding that the weight isn’t melting off as quickly as it usually does. My muffin top is sticking around…could be age? Maybe the metabolism is slowing down... Ugh, hopefully not though because I can see myself never working out ‘hard enough’ to keep it off completely…Part of my motivation has been that I see results quite quickly and I can eat whatever I want and it doesn’t affect me as long as I’m running, but if this isn’t the case any longer…it will be difficult to put in the extra time and effort without the results. Although I must say, sunshine is a great motivator, just exiting the office at lunch to be in the sun – I love!

Loving the hot weather and sunshine – so happy summer is finally here.

Seems last week we were bored but this week have a lot on the go...

Excited for the Pool Party Friday!

Feeling uncertain about the Pig Roast on Saturday…..but should be an experience and may be really fun!

Stagette on Saturday night, DM is super and will be so shocked, and appreciative and most importantly surprised – it is sure to be a really fun night!

The kid’s birthday party went off without a hitch, we had friends in for BBQ, ice cream cake and some drinks – only had one puker! Haha and he belongs to me. No we had a lot of fun, we made treat bags for the puppies (3) and let them wear party hats, although this did not last long at all because they loved ripping them off each other’s heads and shredding them, did manage a couple of pictures though. JC (6 month old puppy) had a bit of a stomach virus that day though and ended up having pure liquid diarhea on the neighbours deck (who are friends and thought the story was hilarious…luckily), so A took buckets of soapy water to wash it away, but ended up vomiting right on top of it due to the smell – taste he got in his mouth. We all almost died, absolutely disgusting but sooo funny! Good times….good times…

This week is a short one for me – and definitely needed. The countdown is on to our vacation in August, I cannot wait for it to arrive, but at the same time I want it to last and to enjoy every minute…relaxation, shopping, beach….divine!

Oh, the 'Title' is a line from Two and a Half Men, I could have written down 30 good lines from that show, man oh man that is a funny show! :)
